Please be on time on the date and time booked, being late more than 30 minutes to the start of a live session is considered a no-show, in the case of no-show you loose your prepayment for a particular session

You are able to reschedule your appointment once by informing me before 48 hours
of appointment, providing a serious cause (a note from a doctor)

after 1 year extra service charge will be added to remaining sessions

​Online consultations, online follow-up sessions, initial intake are done via video call,
in case of technical difficulties voice call may be used instead of video call​
